Martin & Company, P.C., a licensed CPA firm.  The firm is a member of the AICPA and TSCPA peer review program which requires a CPA firm to have a review of the firms system of quality control.  J. Martin & Company, P.C. received the highest rating possible on their last peer review dated August 20, 2018.

Mr. Martin's tax expertise includes planning and compliance of Federal & State Income, Sale & Use Tax, Property Taxes and Payroll Taxes for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts. 

Mr. Martin provides attestation services consisting of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements.  Preparation of audited financial statements consist of intensive examination of companies’ systems and records to provide an opinion on whether financial statements are fairly presented in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles or other comprehensive basis of accounting.
